Booking requests for high-demand departures

We have not set any booking deadlines for the high-demand travel dates in the first half of 2026, and bookings on our routes (Puttgarden – Rødby v. v. and Rostock – Gedser v. v. v.) are already open until December 22, 2026. Please also note the confirmed booking dates for the combined routes to Sweden.

Although we do not have fixed booking deadlines for this period, we recommend that you book as early as possible to secure your desired departures.

Bookings after the above date are not yet possible. However, you are welcome to let us know your requests now. Our colleagues in the service center will save them and confirm them as soon as bookings are available.

Your bus booking requests will only be accepted in writing by the Scandlines Service Center via email: gruppen@scandlines.com

Booking deadlines for the Christmas market period and New Year 25/26

Deadline 1. march 2026

If you wish to secure space on one or more of the departures listed below on the Gedser–Rostock route, please submit your booking requests by the stated deadline to be considered. Any remaining bus capacity on these departures will thereafter be available for booking in the usual way.

To ensure the best possible overall experience for guests, booking requests that are combined with onboard catering products will be given priority in the allocation.

From Rostock:
